4 days agoMy Rx was incorrectly filled, when I called about it the cust. serv. rep. tried very hard to convince me that they couldn't have done this as they don't offer that service. Blew my mind. I explained to him that they did in fact as I had the glasses 'read' at my eye doctor. He continued to BS me with info that made zero sense until I told him that I was in this business for 23 years and that he was making no sense. I was going to have the glasses remade, but not with a company that takes no accountability for their error. They are going to subtract return ground shipping from my refund, which is 3x what was charged for shipping them out to me, and I suspect I am going to have a hard time even getting a refund as he seriously pushed 'store credit' very disappointed

20 days agoThese frames are so lovely, and they are extremely light. I am new to wearing glasses, and from day 1 I was able to keep these on all day with no discomfort and there were several times I forgot I even had glasses on!
The frames, or really more the lenses, fit me 2 times bigger than what appeared in the virtual try on, which was surprising as many of the complaints have been about them being too small. Definitely check measurements before ordering, and look through all the photos to get a good feel of how they look with different face shapes.
The lenses are crystal clear and I experienced little to no visual issues while adjusting to my prescription with these lenses. They were perfect. I purchased the Clear lenses with Blokz Blue Light Filter, and the anti-reflective coating with the water resistance. I noticed less eye strain when working on the computer, little to no reflections in the lenses (the only time was while out walking at night, the street lights hit the edges of the frames and were causing small light reflections on the very outer edges, but nothing super noticeable; No glare from other light sources that I've noticed) and the lenses are fairly easy to clean.
While I decided to return these glasses just because I didn't love how the shape/size looked on my face, I've already ordered a new pair of glasses through Zenni because I'm confident the quality will be incredible! Highly recommend these if you're looking for something minimalistic with a unique shape!
