Frame poor quality broke after 3 months
5 years agoI’m pretty disappointed with these frames as they didn’t even hold up for more than 3 months. Initially I was pleased with my order as the frames were cute and fit well to my face. Adding my prescription was easy and when i received them, i had no issues or needing to have them adjusted. I ordered them in Jan and received them early feb and was stoked that my glasses came with a hard case n cleaning cloth. And of course the price was unbeatable with free shipping! I really only wear them when i need to drive esp at night. Though, for the past few months i was visiting my family out of state so I wasn’t do much driving, therefore I hadn’t been wearing them that much. So when my frames broke just the other day while i was cleaning them, it came to me as a real shock because i only had them for 3 months. Ive had glasses all my life so i know how to clean them and when i looked at the frames, it looked like they either weren’t made for durability or they missed a step in the manufacturing part. When I called customer service about replacement I was told that since I was outside the 30 day warranty period, there was no way to order replacement. I was told to order a new pair and use their current promo of 30% off. So i went on the site and tried to reorder the same pair, however, the pair i ordered looked to be expired or no longer available. I tried looking for a similar pair and when i went thru the process of calculating out the price, i found it as being a loss. The frame n lenses came to about 40 then when adding in the promo of 30% off it only took about 6 buck off. Then adding the shipping, it added another 5 bucks. So there really was no discount for a loss of glasses that only lasted 3 months. I can’t afford to buy another new pair cuz i am still laid off from work and now i have no functional glasses

5 years agoI liked these so much I bought 2 more so I can have one at office, one in purse and one on bedside. Price makes this achievable.
Sturdy I am happy to relax with them and toss them around a bit.
Did not get the anti glare in my reorder though as that seems very smeary.
