Good Value for the Price
18 days agoI liked that the glasses are not overpriced like in traditional optical stores, that you can try them on online, and that you only need to send your prescription—it’s very convenient!
I would improve the frame quality: the metal nose bridge makes a jingling sound every time I put them on. The frame could use some plastic stopper or padding to avoid that noise.
The temple arms have grooves that help keep the glasses from slipping, which is great, but at first they feel a bit uncomfortable.
I also bought the clip-on sunshade, but it doesn’t fit properly—it’s larger than the frame—so I probably won’t use it, which is disappointing because I was excited about that feature.

Great sunglasses frame, with nosepad replacement
3 months agoI ordered this with Transitions Drivewear as a sunglasses option while also wanting to switch solely to titanium frames. The circular shape of the rim has plenty of surface area to cover my eyes while also keeping the lens edges a consistent thickness all around. The rim on this has quite a bit more depth than typical metal frames, and they elegantly house my -4 SPH Trivex lenses. It is important to note the nose pads these ship with aren't the standard Zenni branded silicone but some very firm plastic coated with silver metallic paint. While they don't audibly rattle while wearing them I just couldn't find them very comfortable so I replaced them with silicone nose pads from the Zenni repair kit I also purchased as part of my multiple eyeglass order. They are quite comfortable after this and are indeed lightweight, passing my test of walking along a river trail in the afternoon sun. I would be careful handling the temple arms at all times, as they are skinnier than any I've ever seen. Even if made of titanium I wouldn't want to put stress on the temple arms as they don't have spring hinges. Overall very satisfied with these for sunglasses use.
