Amazing frames and perfect lenses!
18 days agoI read about the Optiflex frame's super thin arms/bows for comfort while wearing headsets for hours. I have a different problem. I love bass fishing. I'm in my boat for hours in the blazing sun. I wear glasses (obviously) and I need polarized sunglasses. I have a very strong (+5.75) prescription . Prescription sunglasses are hard to find for my prescription.I also have hearing aids. The kind that have the amplifiers behind the ears. So when I'm fishing, I have my hearing aids, my glasses, my fit over sunglasses all resting on top of my ears. Then I have a hooded fishing shirt and a hat on which squeezes the tops of my ears towards my head. That's a lot of hardware and force pressing against my head and ears. It caused ear pain and headaches. Kinda takes the fun out of fishing. Enter the Optiflex from Zenni. I ordered them with my strong prescription, polarized, green mirrored lenses, retired the fit overs, and problem solved! The lenses are awesome! More importantly, the frames are incredibly light and have super thin, flexible arms/bows. My ear load is drastically reduced and pain relieved. These glasses are a godsend for me! After getting them, even if I wasn't trying to solve pressure at the ears issue, I would buy Optiflex. They are the most comfortable glasses I've ever had in my 47 years of wearing glasses. I can't recommend enough!
